Hi, I’m Kelsey!
My own journey with Pilates began in 2019
After experiencing limited mobility due to extreme back pain, Pilates became the practice that helped me rebuild strength, restore mobility, and reconnect with my body in a sustainable way.
Through consistent practice, I not only healed from injury but also experienced a 90-pound weight loss and a profound shift in body awareness, confidence, and overall well-being. Pilates gave me tools to move intelligently, listen to my body, and build strength without burnout or punishment.
This personal Transformation is what continues to inform my teaching today. I approach Pilates not just as a workout, but as a system for long-term health, resilience, and embodied confidence both in and out of the studio.

My approach
I completed my certification in Calabasas, California under master trainer Shannon Crane utilizing Merrithew/ STOTT apparatus. After teaching thousands of clients in California and Nevada, I have formed my own method that fuses the classical pilates principles into a modern athletic approach.
Above all, I believe in empowering my clients to nurture a mind-body connection that transforms their quality of life.
I created Crown & Core as a space to explore wellness in an approachable and welcoming way. This is a safe space for BODIES of all abilities, genders, races, shapes, and sizes. Whether we are working together in Las Vegas or virtually from anywhere in the world, you are welcome here.
